Pathetic service

I ordered treadmill online from the bf promo 23/11 germiston was to deliver on the 24/11 their courier guy called me and I missed the call 5min later I returned the call and I was told my delivery was canceled as I am not the only one they have to deliver to..25/11 got a call from the shop promised the Sunday delivery that never happened 27/11 called germiston was put on hold for 45min did not get help wasted R157 of my airtime 27/11 called again was on hold for 15min after explaining my frustration from the previous day was promised a call back, to my surprise I did get a call back from Queen who assured me I will get my delivery on the 29/11 as I write this it in 19h46, maybe they are still coming
