Pathetic service

I placed an order on the 30th of September till today i have not received my order, no one cares. I must send an email everyday to get an update about my order. Pathetic service why would a package be sent back for re packaging? I want my money today i have been patient enough with you.

The order was with the courier since the 3rd of October till today as per the sms and email that you sent to me. I do not need your services anymore, just refund me my back today. I have never seen an online order that takes this long, even my order from China has arrived. Refund me today and keep your Item

The order was not delivered, i asked the lady i spoke to this morning to tell the courier to take the item back to the store so i can get my money back because you failed to deliver. I waited for the delivery since the 7th and no comms were sent after.

"ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SUPPLIER" THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE RETURNED BY WHO WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I WILL NOT TAKE THIS, I WANT MY MONEY BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY TODAY. FIX THIS NOW.
