Pathetic Service

I placed an online order on 7th Jan. The item was supposed to be delivered by 13th Jan, however it has not even shipped from the seller yet.

There has been no communication from makro on updates or feedback on when this will be delivered, or what is going on. I've sent emails and called the contact centre numerous times, but nobody knows what's going on, or is even providing any real feedback.

Just tell me whether the supplier has stock of the product or not, and if it's going to make me wait days, weeks, or months for it. I've ordered many times from Makro but I will never order again with service like this.
