Pathetic Service

I wish I had read reviews about Makro before purchasing online. I ordered 2 of the same items on 06.01.25 and was given delivery date 13.01.25. I received 1 of the item 2 days later on the 15th and that to was given a cheaper make not what I paid for. I am still trying to get someone to help me so I can get the missing one and the correct item as per description. I am not sure what is happening with Makro as they are a huge retailer. The online customer care is pathetic...I am still trying to sort out my query and awaiting a call from the so called returns department. They keep telling me it's market place I don't know what that is all I know is that I bought from Makro. If a big company like Makro is cheating their customers into delivering cheaper items then we as customers are in trouble.
