Pathetic service

I though government institutions was bad until i had to deal with Makro customer service.

Been trying for 2 weeks to get my order delivered. All i hear is the matter has been escalated. They promise to call me back and im still waiting. Their agents in the call centre puts you on hold till you hangup (i waited 45 mins). Their branches dont answer.

I just want my bike which now seems unlikely to arrive before my sons birthday.

This is the last time i use Makro.
