Pathetic service
I am so disheartened and disgusted with the service I have received , I am 9 months pregnant and to be going through this is so unnecessary, I am literally giving birth on Monday and I have no had a washing machine for 3 weeks and no one seems to have answers for me , I spent R200 on airtime and another R2000 at Laundry places, it’s no my issue about the suppliers and so on, I need my washer dryer sorted ASAP. This needs to be sorted within the next 24 hours I am done.

07 May 2021, 10:54No one in the Woodmead branch is getting back to me regarding my delivery I explained to everyone 7 times I need my machine today and this is the service I am getting, I am literally giving birth on Monday and Makro has been giving me nothing but grief , Your switch board operated has no clue what is happening and keeps cutting calls her name is Khaniyisile Khoza, I am not getting any pleasure from this really!
