Pathetic service
I have been chasing the entire Makro customer care team since 05 June 2023 and not once have i received feedback from Makro, I must always call in and wait for 30-40 mins on the line for them to make up excuses and tell me they will get back to me. I am owed a refund but I have to run behind them for any progress. Pathetic service
