PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought 2 items online at Makro, 1 was delivered a week ago and the other I have been getting a run around around every time I call their Call Centre, Online order #MAK***, I am now calling them every 2nd day and I am told it has been sent to the courier company, I mean this is not on, something that was bought on the 26th October and am still unhappy with the way they have handled this matter....Please assist
