Pathetic service.

I bought 20 usb flash drives from Makro online last year November, when they got delivered only 2 were delivered instead of 20, logged a return, they were collected by the assigned courier and a week later the two were delivered again. I’ve been calling Makro Since, with no success or solution to the problem. I just want them to take theirs USBs and refund me my R820, this company is so pathetic with the worst service.
