Pathetic service

I was at makro vaal the service was pathetic at the cellphone department, I app**** for a new contract today the banking details were an issue. The lady by the name of Seipati called some guy to assist but he refused to help Seipati over the phone. I took inetiative to call vodacom then they said she must proceed with the old banking details then we will change them after. I called Seipati to inform her she said she will call me back to give me an answer the store is closed now no call no nothing very disappointed.
