Pathetic Service

I made an online order on 7 November 2022 with Makro, a birthday gift for my daughter. The Makro store in PE never send the purchase out I phone on Monday 14 November 2022 spoke to 3 different people all promise to phone me back with a answer. Phone the following day(Tuesday) got to talk to the manager at online department in PE told me the order never left the store..... I'm still waiting!!!!!! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!!!!!!!
