Pathetic Service !!

hi,<br> I bought a patio set online on cyber Monday and made payments. from then till now we are awaiting delivery which we are promised would be done everyday when we call. every call centre puts us through another department. . we recieved no help and no call backs and no delivery till date. yesterday we had also informed them that we would be going out of town and so our delivery should be done by latest this morning. when I called now, yet another guy Laurence at the centurion branch took my number down and said some kagiso would call us. how pathetic and *********** are your workers? I demand that I be helped. <br> <br> Frustrated Customer
