Pathetic service

Ordered a fridge and washing machine from Makro a week ago, delivery stated 2-5 days, but still no products received. Phoned Makro x 4 times, 3 consultants **** to me and said it will be here tomorrow and 1 manager never came back to me. Decided to phone the courier company and they haven't even received the product from Makro. If the products are not here by 17:00 today 2018/02/05 you can refund me.... Last time I will ever do business with a place with such bad service, rather pay more and receive your products than trying to save a few thousand rand with Makro.

One day later and no contact from Makro as yet, the courier company phoned me and alerted me that the goods will be delivered tomorrow? Please contact me as I still wan to know what are we going to do about your products being a whole week late.. And that your so called call center did not get back to me.
