Pathetic service

<p>Pathetic doesn't even actually describe it. Pathetic is a complement...<br /> Ordered goods online to be collected instore. Waiting period listed as 2-6 days. It has now been 11 days! I've sent emails and messages via facebook, but I have had NO RESPONSE! They were quick to take my money immediately, but not supplying me with the goods. Does anybody even work there? Seeing as no one can even be bothered to answer messages. Where is my goods???? Can you have the decency to answer an email? Truely pathetic! No work ethic! Just absolutely pathetic!</p>
