PATHETIC SERVICE

I am writing to express my frustration with your online service, an order was placed on the 24 November 2017 and I still have not yet received delivery after the specified 21 working days on your website. As a result, i will not be a returning customer as this is ridiculous !!!. I have still not received my parcel in over a month !! I urge all customers to never use makro's online service. I JUST CALLED MAKRO NOW AND THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE TO WONDERBOOM TO COLLECT THE PARCEL. THEY PERSON WHO SPOKE TO ME EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MY COMPLAIN.
