Pathetic service

Good day. I am totally disgusted in the service from Makro P.E i bought an vacuum cleaner there im May 2015 i then picked up problems with the unit and took it in as it is a R2000 unit, first they said there is only one year warrenty, which means the product knowledge completely sucks, I had to prove them wrong for them to believe me. After a strugle they came back to me and said warrenty is void because of dust in the motor which then means that the unit is void because what is the main purpose of a vacuum cleaner?? TO CLEAN UP DUST!!!! The unit is currently at the store and they refuse to do anything to my unit and its just costing me money to go to the store as i stay far and petrol is not free and cars dont run on water, also its an inconvienance to me without a vacuum cleaner i suffer from sinisus and a broom does not get rid of the dust..!!! The service from this store is totaly up to **** and no customer satisfaction at all.. And i want to know what Makro is going to do about this situation!!! I am defnitly going to make this public via social media and hellopeter, even the repair agent agrees that most of the machines thats faulty comes from makro. Its either i want my money back in full or i want a working machine,, Im defnitly never doing bussiness with makro ever again and wont recommend this pathetic service to anyone...
