Pathetic service

My husband, has placed an online order for a laptop with Makro. His order was successful and he was really excited to receive his order as he has just started his studies and this was going to help him with his assignments. Without any communication from either companies, his order was canceled and he was told he was going to receive a refund. No reason as to why and no further communication. 3 weeks later, he still has no laptop and no refund. This is extremely pathetic service from them as we have been purchasing from Makro for years. This is definitely our last time and we have been told that many other customers have been experiencing the exact same service from their online portal and are being told that the finance department will resolve this issue but nothing ever happens. No deliveries of orders and endless issues with refunds.
