Pathetic Service

I placed an online order on Friday 6 July and was told that it would be delivered from Makro Cape gate yesterday 9 July. The order has not been delivered and I have been trying to get assistance with tracing the order but the contact center, the store and online chat has been completely useless. Nobody has told me where my items are, yesterday someone said they were with the courier and would be delivered yesterday and now I can't get any information. They don't even have a complaints department, just one number that goes to customer care which has useless consultants
