Pathetic service

<p>Every single month when doing shopping at the crown mines store the service received is absolutely pathetic!</p> <p>Firstly the cashiers are rude and pretend as if they doing you a major favour!</p> <p>Secondly I have to pack my own groceries since its just dumped and the cashier walks away after I pay.</p> <p>Something new that I have experienced today I was charged for an additional item which I did not take due to the negligence of the cashier!!!</p> <p>This in totally unacceptable!! </p> <p>Cashier no: 21</p> <p>Invoice : 761</p> <p> </p>
