Pathetic Service

Bought a bike from Makro Germiston on the 14.03.2024 went back to Makro on the 30.03.2024 because the bike wheel and the brakes had issues. I was bragging the bike when I walked in because the wheel would not move. When the guy who assembled it checked it he said I must buy a new wheel they than called a manager who said I must buy a new wheel because the wheels are not part of the warranty. Don’t buy bikes from Makro rather go to a bike shop.
