Pathetic service

I'm so disappointed about the level of service I got from Makro Wonderboom. I have been waiting since Monday 05/07/2021 to find out if their cashier balance because my change was short by R100.00. A guy by the name of Benjamin promise to get back to me till to date. I wonder if he is still viewing cameras since Monday till to date.
