Pathetic sales service and delivery

Purchased a double door fridge and paid for delivery, upon arrival the sales person advised I should not worry when the delivery is down extra guys will be there to make sure the delivery is done. Because I stay at the bottom of a flight of stairs the guys could not carry the item and with the ballistrate the stairs is narrower than the item but the delivery guys did not want any suggestion to help bring the item down to me hence delivery could not be completed. I called the sales guy and he said Does Makro use any tactic possible just to make a sale and exploit people? It is ridiculous you pay so much happily and you receive such pathetic after sale service. The 1 star rating is too much as the experience I've had has definitely put me off from ever doing business with makro.
