PATHETIC - ****s - Policy is a LIE
In sane. Makro has taken 2 weeks to collect an item I have returned. I have the logged proof, but when I look on their system it is gone. I have contacted them by email at least 20 times and by call at least 10 times. I have been on the phone for over 20 minutes. I have sent to speak to GAME!~!!! Then I get sent back to Makro. What the actual??? This is
