Pathetic returns department

Absolutely pathetic service from Makro. I have been waiting since November 2023 for them to sort out an aircon I purchased and they only delivered half of. They made excuse after excuse that stock would be available until finally they agreed to pick up the half of the unit I had and refund me. Another few months have passed and nothing has happened. I am a regular customer and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online retailer. I even explained to the consultant I needed a speedy resolution as I wanted to purchase an aircon on a Black Friday deal and would take one elsewhere if they couldn’t sort it out but they promised it would resolved and I lost out on all the deals waiting for them.
