Pathetic return policy and rude staff

Makro Strubens Valley return station has such poor service. We waited 2 months for a return on a fan we sent in. Which to begin with is a total lie , their warranty policy is structured in such a rigged way and then they promise you a 14 day turnaround. Well by the time we recieved any sort of feedback we didnt need a fan and used Game to replace the one we were waiting for. Despite the extremely long wait, the staff are rude and have absolutely no people s****s. They take hours to serve you and dont even have the decency to apologize for any inconveniences. Pathetic. When we went to collect our refund no one had mentioned we should bring along identification. So we had to do two trips. I suggest Makro does something about its return policy and staff before Game gets more of their customers. Makro card number ********** 2
