PATHETIC QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

Pathetic service. They delivered a rusted Samsung microwave. I called 3 times explaining the defects and also sent an email with the pictures. No one ever called me to try and arrange for the collection even though I was told twice it would be collected in 2 to 5 working days when my new microwave would be delivered at the same time still waiting. Very *********** call centre
