Pathetic quality of delivered products.

I bought some groceries online from Makro, and I am disgusted. The Products were mostly smashed. All the chocolates were melted and smashed; The Simba chips were smashed, the biscuits were smashed, 1x Can food was smashed, and 1 box of Cereal was smashed. It looks like everything was just thrown in the boxes and left in the sun thereafter. I would like these products replaced, please come and pick up your junk and give me proper products.

Don't offer a delivery service if you cannot keep the standard and quality of the products. My bill was not a small bill, I paid for proper stuff.
