PATHETIC POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STRUBENS VALLEY MAKRO- NARESH

<p>ive been to makro over the past weekend to purchase a playstation 4 as a new user, they are useless, i distinctly mentioned im not an online gamer and the salesman didnt advise me on the games that require online assistance, the manager refused to credit the game or replace it yet with makro online policies it distinctly states that if a salesman is aware of what you require and still provides the incorrect then they should refund, ive been to the store monday morning and the manager is as useless as the staff that uses signage as an excuse instead of resolving the issue in a proper manner, they need to explain and advise new buyers, thats pathetic customer service especially from the manager NARESH WHO KNOWS IT ALL BUT IN ESSENCE KNOWS **** ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. customers should beware when it comes to such things. they refusing to replace the game, ive even contacted customer care who responded once and then blatently ignores you, its pathetic service, you dont treat customers in that manner. ive spent alot of money that day in the store and to recieve that service id rather use another branch. pathetic MAKRO IS UTTER GARBBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
