Pathetic policy

My mother-in-law went to purchase a TV about 20 minutes ago at the Amanzimtoti branch and was told that she is not able to because the TV license is in her husband's name. Even though she had the TV license and a digital copy of his ID, she was told that store policy is that she needs to have his actual ID. This is quite senseless as her husband works away from home and cannot leave his ID at home. So now we're forced to purchase elsewhere on do this online and it's just been a waste of time and energy. Such a disappointment.
