Pathetic online shopping service

I ordered online from Makro Woodmead on 28 November 2024 and have been told a zillion excuses when inquired from the useless call centre, on 30 December I decided to go directly to the store and was treated like trash by Prosperity, she did not consider the fact that I had been waiting for delivery for more than a month, she told me that the order will be packed and handed to me, after 30 minutes she changed her mind and she refused to hand me the parcel and insisted that it would be delivered the next day. Was I supposed to come to the store before I could get help? Makro is slowly becoming a ****a shop.
