Pathetic online shopping service

Such terrible service from Makro online shopping. I placed an order last week with a KZN delivery address, but the item was dispatched to a courier in Gauteng. I've spoken to three different people, reiterating where I live. But the system still shows that the order is coming from Jhb, when the item is available at stores in KZN 🙈 In this generation, you would think your online shopping platform would be up to standard. I should have checked these reviews before making the purchase.
