Pathetic Online Shopping Experience.

A week and a half in advance, I placed an online order for drinks for a 70th birthday party. the order was then split into 3 delivery dates. Two were within the time I needed them by, the third was scheduled 21 days too late. I tried to cancel that third delivery. To date, now over a month later, only one of three deliveries have been made. The party is long gone. I have attempted to cancel this order at least 7 times, telephonically and by email. I get absolutely nowhere despite speaking to multiple well-meaning call centre agents. Truly the most pathetic online shopping experience I've had in SA. I've still not been reimbursed.
