PATHETIC ONLINE SHOPPING AND STILL WAITING FOR REFUND FOR GOODS NOT DELIVERED AND CANCELLED
Bought online but goods never delivered and order cancelled. Have been waiting for refund from 7th of May 2023 to date with endless follow ups via emails to the useless ***, going to the physical store in Centurion (my petrol and time) and various phone calls to their useless support call centre and receiving reference number but matter not resolved. Useless support staff always telling me matter escalated to Team lead (Mashudu) and Finance but no feedback to date..Useless and pathetic service..DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!

13 Jun 2023, 10:31This is ridiculous and a contravention to the Consumer Protection Act No 68. Of 2008 terms.. Makro is deceiving and misleading me as a consumer and are directly depriving me as the consumer my rights in terms of the Act.
