Pathetic online service platform: Strubens Valley

I placed an online order with a scheduled delivery date of March 28th. However, the delivery was not fulfilled, and I received no communication from Makro regarding the delay.

On Monday, March 31st, I contacted Makro and was informed that the driver was at the store picking up my order. Despite this, the delivery did not take place. Today, April 1st, I followed up again and was referred to the driver, who informed me that Makro Strubens Valley claimed they could not locate my items—despite stating earlier that they had already been packed.

I contacted Makro once again for assistance, and an attempt was made to reach Strubens Valley, but the calls went unanswered twice. I do not understand why my order was routed to this store when I have never experienced any issues with deliveries from Makro Crown Mines.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have had to make multiple follow-ups, yet my order remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Please cancel my order immediately.
