Pathetic online service from Makro

Makro on as the worst service ever, i suggest they do away with online service. Its pathetic. Order ice crusher, ment to be delivered on monday the 23rd, still hasn't arrived, made numerous calls to makro, service agents think they doing us a favour. Requested updated eta and call back. Nothing thus far. To make matters worse, claiming the supplier is closed and will only receive next year. What kind of useless service is this.
