Pathetic online service from Makro.

Mak***. Ordered a laptop online 27/01. Paid for it. Next update says product packed. Now 4 days later I get a sms saying supplier out of stock. Money will be returned within 5 to 10 days. What was packed then? Would expect more from Makro.
