Pathetic Online Service

A large store like MAKRO with such terrible online service- absolutely pathetic. My details which I have changed several times and notified them, has not been changed for 5 years. My order was not delivered to the updated address on the order but to a place I lived in 5 years ago! the goods travelled around for 3 weeks because they did not update my details as requested and the order arrived damaged. Ive logged a return a week ago but I'm still waiting. It does'nt matter how many people you speak to at the call centre, it just does not help.
