Pathetic Online Service - DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE

I had placed an order to purchase Fans to fulfil assisting an Orphanage (Children's Home) to assist the kids with staying cool during the high humidity and summer days in Durban. Items purchased from Makro Online on 09th Feb 2026, no feedback ever received from Mark Online to date, delivery was expected on 20th Feb 2026 but to date no delivery and Makro refuses to issue an immediate refund and expects me to now way a further 2 weeks. There service is beyond pathetic and they fail to take accountability. Its disgraceful that I have been calling since the 20th Feb 2026 but get the same response every time, no superior are available to take calls, when you do get one they are absolutely rude and unhelpful. This will be reported to the CGSO and the Consumer Protection Forum, I am fully entitled to my rights as a consumer and will not entertain this type of service.
