Pathetic online service
Never buy from Makro online, rather use a proper online store. The website says delivery takes about 5-7 working days, but I'm currently on my 9th working day and nothing has been delivered. The online consultant told me I should follow up with their courier company as the courier company could not complete the delivery, nothing was communicated to me regarding the failed delivery and now I have to wait more days to get my delivery. Never order from Makro again, pathetic service with clueless *********** employees. !
