Pathetic Online service and support!!! I'm done!!! Useless service!

I'm am really annoyed now, we've been trying to cooperate with you'll trying to get to the issues of my fridge and waiting for responses, but I guess none of you'll are being helpful, I have really reached my limit today, I can't even open my freezer doors, two doors literally cracked and broke from the ice!! My food is going bad cause it isn't even getting frozen yet the fridge is freezing like it's the north pole, please explain that to me if you can??? , I don't want excuses such as this or that may be wrong. I do realize it is a manually defrost fridge, we defrosted did everything, but this ice is not normal, if you'll don't want to understand then it is fine.

Please come and fetch this faulty fridge that I had bought online from you guys, as I just lost my money buying it from you'll. Worst service, which is truly unfair as you'll are good.

I will be escalating this unhelpful behavior from you'll, I'm sure customers as us who don't spend as much as others, don't really mean much to you'll.
