Pathetic Online service

Makro online is really pathetic, I purchased a tent on their black Friday special, payed with my card and it was said that my parcel will be delivered in 7-10 working days. What a joke.......... I had to purchase another tent as I am still waiting on makro to deliver. I have spent so much airtime calling them for answers, but it looks as if no-one there knows what they are doing. I have demanded my money back, and it was said I must wait 14 days for my refund. It's now the 4th January 2020,i placed my order on the 28th November. How pathetic is that service. I will never use their service again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
