PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delivery of my online order #MAK*** I placed my order on 18th December, and I was informed that the items would be delivered on Thursday, the following day. However, at 16:50 on Thursday, I received a message from the delivery driver stating that they would be arriving for delivery. Unfortunately, I finish work at 16h00 and had already communicated my availability and preferences for a delivery time. When the driver called, he assured me that the delivery would be rescheduled for Friday. However, I did not receive any further communication or updates, and no delivery took place on Friday. As a result, I am still waiting for my items, which I specifically ordered to have in time for visitors over the weekend. It is now the 23rd December, and half of the day has passed without any further updates or attempts to deliver. This lack of communication and respect for the promised delivery window is extremely disappointing, and it is affecting my plans. I kindly request that you resolve this matter today, as I finish work at 16:00 and would like the delivery to be made as soon as possible. I expect prompt action and a clear update from your team on when I can expect the delivery.
