PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE

I placed an online order on Friday based on a promotion that you are currently running. I paid for my order and received confirmation of delivery for 5 items I have ordered. I have only received 4 of the items I ordered and when calling in I was advised that the promotional item was no longer in stock. I am very upset as this was not mentioned before delivery was completed. This was not mentioned before or even after I paid for my order. This is false advertising, and I will never order from you guys again.
