PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE

Since I purchased a TV On the 30th of June 2023 online for delivery. To date, I haven't received the goods. When I enquired I was advised goods were handed to courier company. For the past 3 days I've been told they will escalate the call as a matter of agency but still no delivery. My kids spend the whole school holidays without a TV. What a pathetic service. I won't recommend Makro online.... I went to the store to collect and they said they can't assist, I must contact the call center. ORDER number MAK***
