Pathetic online service!
I placed an online on 2nd week of March and 3 weeks later still no delivery. When I contact their online contact centre I'm sent from pillar to post others claiming that they don't know and awaiting feedback from the store. The service is very very pathetic, I'm so disappointed that one would receive such service from such a big brand as Makro.

We have been assured by our Fulfilment manager at Makro Crown Mines that she has called Mr Kupane to have this order sorted out.
