Pathetic Online Service

Pathetic pathetic i placed an online order on the 28.11.2019 ever since i have received non what so ever communication i viewed my status of my order every second day to check for any new updates n guess what there was non kept showing payment received 30.11.2019 i contacted the call center on monday the 09.12 to which i queried my status of my order and was told due to the black friday sale delivers will take within 7-10 working days with 09.12 being my 7th working today and was told my order will be delivered no later than my 10th day oh wow guess what im on the line with the call center and being placed on hold cause know one is available to tend to my query i am holding on for 33.10 mins pathetic i tell you and being told it's not happening i am not receiving my order today i will never again place an online order with makro i am speechless by the poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want my order no later than today 13.12.2019
