PATHETIC ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE
Would give it no stars if it was possible.
Virtual Assistance on whatsapp........ Your Human assistance cannot even find my order. Its been 17 working days and nobody knows where my order is......Pathetic service, will never ever buy from Makro online or in store. I will rather pay more and get service than save a few rands and dont get the product at all !

18 Dec 2018, 08:31So to update this. Nobody has phoned me yet. Went to Makro Cape Gate on Saturday in hope to get an answer. Was told my order is with DSV couriers. Just got off the phone with DSV couriers who has no record of my order........WOW.....am I suprised !!!!.
