Pathetic Online Deliveries

1. Makro's website shows me the order is complete, when the order hasn't been delivered yet.

They blame in on DSV (which is a usless courier). According to makro the parcel was picked up by DSV on the 24 of Dec.

According to DSV it was only picked up on the 8th of Jan.

My problem with makro is their lack of responsibility for parcels being shipped with them. Their shocking website that doesn't track deliveries.

I will never be able to order online with Makro. It is just such a pathetic experience. I ordered on the 21 Dec. Still waiting.
