Pathetic Makro Service ****s!!!!

Day 30 if not more of waiting on my delivery no one seems to care because they took my money already now I must sit with the problem. No decency no communication no care in the world! Pathetic customer services who lies on the phone says they are creating tickets which they never did! No updates no response nothing I’m really ****ed off this is the last time I ever order something on makro again it’s ridiculous
