Pathetic MAKRO Online

Ordered online on the 5th August, worst mistake ever. I haven't received the goods, today being the 16th August 2023!!! Customer service members are clueless, there's no communication at all. Worst part is, every post they upload on Facebook, is flooded in the comments section of people who are in their third week of waiting for orders, MAKRO refuses to refund!!! I ordered household items, how is my house supposed to run now??? Absolutely pathetic! So sad for such a big company 😢😢
